Smith's Marina has been a family owned and operated business that began in 1936 when Alonzo Smith purchased the Marina and based the business on renting rowboats and selling bait. In the 1960's his son, Irvin Smith, took over the business until 1980 focusing on boat repair and operating the railway. In 1983, Irvin's son, Rick Smith purchased the Marina with his wife Valerie and still operates it today, making many improvements over the years. Today we have more slips, the only fuel dock on the Severn River and are currently building a new office and store. 

We are a small Marina taking great pride in offering personal friendly service to all our customers. Our experienced skilled staff and reasonable pricing have aided in our reputation for convenience, quality and value over the years. 

Our full service Marina is equipped with a 35 Ton Travel Lift and a Conolift Hydraulic Trailer to haul and store your boat. We also offer boat owners the opportunity to perform most of their own routine maintenance.
